The European Observatoire of Sport and Employment (EOSE) is an independent not-for-profit European organisation, composed of national and regional observatories,  with the goal to serve as a knowledge and strategy provider on global development, employment and VET in the sport and sport related sectors in Europe. EOSE has been involved in many European projects & activities including the development of methodologies and tools to analyse and compare sector practice across Europe; promotion and facilitation of exchanges and harmonisation of research design; delivering sector knowledge and matching the needs of public authorities, social partners and VET providers; and dissemination of the results of its activity to public authorities, social partners, the sport movement, education and training organisations.
