EHFA Standards Council Annual Special Award

Following the commitment based on the recognition and appreciation of the serious and demanding work done by the TEG members, and being officially approved by the EHFA Board, the Standards Council is recognizing every year the outstanding performance on Standards development made by individuals serving as TEG members.

The first Annual Award was granted at the last General Assembly of EHFA in Essen, Germany, in April 2010.

2010 Award

: Xavier Martin Dias

The 2010 EHFA Standards Council Special Award was offered to Xavier MARTIN DIAS of Les Mills International for his "outstanding support, dedication and commitment on the development of the new job purpose driven EHFA Standards for Fitness Instructors and Personal Trainers".

Xavier Martins Dias is General Manager for Les Mills in Europe. He holds a masters degree in Human Movement Sciences and has been manager, club owner, educator, author and chain operator for Dutch health insurer Achmea. After 19 years of teaching classes Xavier keeps teaching BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK, living Les Mills products.
