Join EHFA

Membership of EHFA was applied for through a registration form on the site. The form was addressed to the secretariat in Brussels as a membership request, and the site showed a confirmation page once it had been sent.

The published form collected two sets of details:

• About the applicant - title, first name, last name, job title or role, email address, and contact telephone numbers.
• About the organisation - organisation name, VAT number, address, postal code, city, country and website address.
• Membership category - the category the applicant was interested in, by reference to the association's membership fee list.
• A contact request - a box asking the secretariat to make contact, which was ticked by default.

The fee list itself was held by the secretariat and is not reproduced here; the categories of membership are described under membership.

The request went to the secretariat, which took it from there. Members were admitted by the board, in the categories the statutes defined and on the conditions they set, and the applicant heard back from Brussels - which is what the confirmation page told them to expect.

Registration does not operate on this archive. The form belonged to the site's content management system, and this rebuild is a set of static pages; the association itself has since been wound up. Questions about the record go to the contact page.
