Privacy Policy

The site is a rebuilt archive of the European Health & Fitness Association's website, published as static files. There are no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up, no comment forms and no database behind it, and the pages themselves collect no personal data.

The archive sets no cookies of its own and runs no tracking. The 2011 site carried a Google Analytics snippet and a Google Translate widget; both were removed when the site was rebuilt, along with the other dead code, so no third-party analytics, advertising or translation service is loaded with these pages and no profile of a visitor is built here.

The pages are served by a host, and a web server records the requests it answers in the ordinary way - the address the request came from, the file asked for, the time, and the browser identification sent with it. Those records belong to the hosting of the site and are used to deliver it and to keep it secure. This archive does not use them to identify anyone or to build a picture of who reads it.

The search box and the members login box in the header post back to pages of this site rather than to a database: there is no search index and no members area behind them, nothing sent through them is stored, and no credentials are checked. Nothing that matters should be typed into either box.
