Paul KIENSTRA

Paul Kienstra is an experienced and successful entrepreneur in the health and fitness market. He has a history in Business-to-Business and Business-to-Consumer markets. Proven leadership skills involving managing, developing and motivating teams to achieve their objectives. Long term scope and vision for his own business and the industry.

After his graduating in 1988, for the Academy for Physical Education, Bachelor degree, he worked one year as a teacher in Physical Education. After this year of teaching he started Kienstra Sport, supplier of services regarding Corporate Health Training Courses.

He now ownes High Five Health Promotion, a dynamic company which operates 40 Corporate Healthcentres for Cliënts such as ABN AMRO, ING, Schiphol, Government, National and City Tax Offices. High Five Health Promotion offers turn key services for instance fitness, medical fitness, physiotherapy, rehabilitation and Health Promotion programs.

With also two commercial Fitness & Health clubs in the Netherlands, Paul is very experienced with different kinds of markets in Health Promotion. The Wave Fitness & Health clubs offers variety of services like racquetball, fitness, les mills and a diversity of Health Promotion programs to fight obesity.

High Five Health Promotion is also co-owner of Careport. In Careport, KLM Health Services and High Five Health Promotion are the first in the Netherlands to bring together regular and company healthcare under the same roof. This makes Careport in the WTC Amsterdam the Netherlands the first complete, preventive and curative, healthcare centre in the Netherlands.
